On March 10th at 2pm, Penny Howarth will be the guest author at Cirencester's monthly Writers in the Library.
Writing as Penny Ayers, she has been published in journals including Ink, Sweat and Tears and Broken Spine.
And she is very well-known for helping to run GWN.
