Ali Bacon from Southglos has a new historical novel out soon with a launch on Saturday April 5th at the Bristol Folkhouse from 3- 4.30 pm, when Mike Manson will join her in conversation about The Absent Heart, inspired by the letters of Robert Louis Stevenson (of Treasure Island fame) and imagining the life of the woman who was at the heart of a close-knit Victorian love triangle.
The Absent Heart is published on March 26th and available now to pre-order from online retailers and from Linen Press here
