Jane Talbot has recently completed a Proofreading and Editing level 4 diploma with the College of Media and Publishing, and is able to offer a proofreading and editing service.

She is meticulous in her approach to proofreading and editing and gives clear, highly organised feedback, within the editorial guidelines provided. She enjoys working independently and works well to given deadlines, communicating effectively via email, phone or text as appropriate.

She is experienced in the use of Word, Google docs and Excel and happy to proofread and edit online or in print. She is well versed in the use of style guides and reliable platforms for checking factual and legal accuracy. Having recently produced a website for school, she is experienced in matching suitable images to written content and to ensuring anonymity and acknowledging source material as required.
