Our forthcoming evening has a pastoral theme when we welcome two poets reading from their pamphlet collections:  Michael Loveday’s Three Men on the Edge (V Press) a beautifully crafted flash-fiction novella about the strange haunted hinterland around London’s perimeter, and Rowan Middleton’s The Stolen Herd (Yew Tree Press) which recasts English pastoral poetry for the 21st century.

Judith van Dijkhuizen and Chris Beaumont will entertain us with English and French folk music during the interval, and we invite you, our audience, to bring a poem (possibly on a pastoral theme) to share at open mic.
