Here is a an opportunity to participate in a Free creative writing taster session.
This is being organised by Gloucester Museum and WEA (Workers Educational Association):
Writing of The Moon at Gloucester Museum (C3530651)
Wednesday, 31st July, 2pm – 4pm
Location – The Wheatstone Hall, The Museum of Gloucester, Brunswick Road, Gloucester. GL1 1HP
Translate your dreams into words on a page, and shape your ideas into a story, poem or song by sharing in a selection of lunar writing exercises. Be as creative or as factual as you prefer. We’ve all got stories we could tell, sometimes we just need a nudge to get started, NOW is the time. Join us for two hours of wallowing in words about our oldest satellite. What could be nicer than a friendly group of people creating stories? Whether you’ve not set pen to page since school, or are a seasoned scribbler – secret or otherwise, we’d love you to join in. It would be beneficial if you visited the exhibition in the museum prior to the taster session.
Free / pre-enrolment is essential. www.wea.org.uk or 0300 303 3464
We look forward to welcoming you
Many thanks,
Cath Humphris
