Following the success of their workshops in Gloucester, Sue Johnson and Joy Thomas are now offering monthly workshops at Tewkesbury Library.

The workshops are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced writers. They are aimed at building confidence, generating ideas and creating individual pieces of writing. Sue and Joy take it in turns to offer short writing exercises that are stimulating and fun. There are opportunities for participants to read their work if they wish to do so.

Sue is published as a poet, short story writer and novelist. She is a Writing Magazine Creative Writing Tutor. Further details of her publications, workshops and critique service can be found at www.writers-toolkit.co.uk. Contact her on 01386 446477 for further information.

Joy is published as a poet and short story writer. She has an active interest in helping those who are not always heard.
